Virtus Optio provides freelance services exclusively to business clients acting for professional or commercial purposes.

The statutory consumer cooling-off period of 14 days generally does not apply to these business agreements. Cancellation, rescheduling and termination are governed by the agreed proposal and applicable Terms and Conditions.

Changing or cancelling an assignment

If you want to change, reschedule or end an engagement, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your business name, the relevant assignment or proposal reference, and what you would like to change. We can then review the agreed arrangements with you.

Sending a message does not itself establish that a refund or cancellation charge applies; this depends on the agreement and applicable law. This information does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
